Peggy Crowley, born in the Netherlands, became a naturalized citizen of the United States at the age of twelve. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for thirty-two years and is the mother of five grown children (Scott, Carrie, Laurie, Stacie and Kellie).

She was called to the ministry in 1981, along with her husband Jim, to start New Testament Christian Church. After being a stay-at-home mom for many years God has called Peggy to oversee the Women’s Ministry at NTCC. Using her organizational gifts, she is mobilizing the women to reach out and achieve their destiny. By discipling women individually, as well as ministering at women’s gatherings, Peggy is making a significant impact on the women of the church. Her heart is to see every woman victorious in Christ and to experience the fullness of the promises of God.

Peggy is very real, touchable, down-to-earth and an effective communicator. Having gone through many personal challenges, her compassionate heart assists other people in their own struggles, making them feel loved and accepted. Peggy firmly believes that God is more than able to overcome any obstacle in a person’s life. She is willing to stand with, help and encourage people until they receive their victory.

Jim Gunzburg has been attending NTCC since about 1997.  Sometime around 1990 he rededicated his life to the Lord and ever since then his life has not been the same.

A few months after he began attending NTCC Jim went to his first small group meeting. Two years later, he was running his own cell group which eventually blossomed to over thirty people. He now oversees the cell ministries at NTCC. He considers it a great privilege and honor to work with such a great team of leaders. They believe God is going to do some great things in the cell network. This will be accomplished by training people in the School of Leaders to start new groups and multiplying groups by the adding of new souls daily.

Mathew 9:36 is his theme scripture: "Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into the harvest field".

Donna Fiorini is an anointed Bible teacher.  At the age of twenty-four she was divorced, had a three-year-old daughter and was crying out to God for help. The Lord answered her in a cloud.  There appeared a single cloud in the sky over her car with the word “Yes” in dark blue lettering written by the finger of God.   For many years she did not know what the Lord was saying to her or why He would give her a miracle of such Biblical proportions.  Several years went by before she discovered 2 Corinthians 1:20, NKJV “For all the promises of God in Him are yes, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”  Over the years Donna has come to realize the promises of God and she has taught others how to obtain them in their own lives.

She has written her first book entitled "He Restoreth My Soul" which is an accumulation of all her years of studying and ministering those promises to others. With her down-to-earth style she shares from her own personal struggles and triumphs, showing how she dismantled her wrong thoughts in order to change behavioral struggles. She also shares how she found healing for her damaged emotions and deliverance from generational issues that have had a negative impact on her life and were still hindering her spiritual freedom and development long after she was saved.

Her goal is to reach as many people as possible with the revelation knowledge of how Jesus can take the wounded, bruised and bleeding, heal their broken hearts and bind up their wounds, thereby restoring their souls.
