1. To teach generations how to be godly leaders in a world that is desperate for genuine leadership. Many lives have been changed and restored while vision and purpose are being instilled.

2. To prepare generations to be disciples and leaders in order to influence their world. Dozens of ordinary people have completed our leadership training since the inception of the School of Leaders.  The goal of the school is to see people set free from bondages and addictions in order to begin living lives of victory in Christ.  Weekly classes include Christianity 101, Discipleship 201, Encountering God 301 and Leadership 401. All of these classes teach people how to live in victory on a daily basis through the power of the Holy Spirit. They also prepare them for leadership both in the marketplace and in the local church through the cell ministry.

3. To prepare generations for cell leadership through the School of Leaders and the principle of twelve. The School of Leaders is the place where leaders learn the principles of cell ministry as well as the nuts and bolts of how to open their own cell groups.  By incorporating dynamic teaching, the School of Leaders enables the potential cell leader to not only learn the principles of the cell church but also to capture the spirit of the vision:

To win the lost through the building of relationships, disciple them to become leaders and to send them out to do the same with others.
